Graham
Linscott is a writer based in Durban, a major seaport city
in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal.
He has
worked as a journalist in 11 African countries. His experience
over 40 years includes coverage of the revolutionary wars
in Angola, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, as well as a lengthy spell
in the press gallery of the South African parliament.
He has
since developed an interest in writing about developmental
economics.
